Just to confirm, just wanted to go to freebitco.in a few moments before and got the same error message as above.
Needless to say I'm not optimistic about the situation.
Fortunately, the site is back up and running. Sometimes I go on the site to see my satoshis. There aren't many, so even if the site disappeared, it wouldn't harm me. I just find it very strange that they still have so many problems and don't solve anything. To make matters worse, they still have a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2 contest when we're not seeing winners being announced.
It is nice that the site is back up, I just played free spin few minutes ago. But to be honest I'm happy that I withdrew almost all the funds from there when I notice problems like this short shutdown.
As for Lambo, I doubt it really exists in Freebitco.in's ownership, just like that Rolex watch that we get a chance to win in e-mail free spin.
