Well, it was blocked by the country's ISP and that's the issue, in such case VPN is a good option. I do use some casinos where my country is in their restricted list but for safety concern, I stopped depositing money on those casinos.
Ah classic ISP.

Don't use VPN, custom DNS from Google it's already enough to bypass the restricted ISP. I always using Google or Cloudware DNS, cause my country blocked some casino not just casino even Reddits got blocked in here.

Using custom DNS already solved everything for ISP blocked.
But do you know that it's prohibited when someone bypass casino rules and regulations on restricted countries, casino restrict some countries not to participate on their casino, so using vpn or cloudware to bypass and register on casino  platform, that do make some gambler have issues of withdrawal when they win, so if a gambler fails to abide on the rule and regulations of the casino it will find it very difficult to have access to withdraw...so if you don't want to be hurt in gambling, I will encourage you that everyone who is a gambler should follow the rules and regulations of casino platform instead of bypassing the rules and regulations of the platform.
I often advise people to avoid VPNs for many reasons, but if it's not a direct ban by the country but just a general blockage, then casinos can still look away and this in no way violates their terms and conditions. Many countries will not legally ban a service but use the ISP to make them unavailable for some ugly reasons, such people in the country may still use custom DNS and nothing will happen. This will also be deciphered and differentiated from a VPN by the casino. But my fear is the IP addresses clashing with other's. Nothing like using the local IP. Better still, use a casino that is accessible in your country.
