Thank you very much for giving the right advice. I forgot to give the date, actually I am not in a hurry, I forgot to report with the date. I am correcting it and I am publishing tomorrow's report here along with today's report.

Seems strange that you would put the same date for both of your pushup reports, to the extent that the earlier report is even necessary, since DirtyKeyboard's script will pick up the pushup report with the latest date (and perhaps the highest number of days/pushups.

@DirtyKeyboard I would like to request you to add my report for day 12 to the list. I forgot, I have corrected it, now you can add it to the list.
