Those are the things that can come up when you take some rest and take a break, it's useful as it is when talking about money and time that you are spending during your gambling sessions.
Yes, and not only that, when you rest you do things that you didn't do before, for example if you have vacation sometimes it's lazy to cook, one can buy pizzas, hamburgers, watch TV until late, watch movies, series, drink beer, have a barbecue with friends, all those kinds of things are necessary, for those who have the beach nearby then going is not bad ideal, besides with that it refreshes the vision, so the fact that our brain experiences that and we ourselves relax and by resting in that way we when we play, or work or do any activity we will do it well, with more enthusiasm because we have had a good rest, and that helps a lot.
During loses, I do myself great good to move away from my device and step out, even if it entails hanging out with friends and grabbling a bottle of beer. Change of environment really helps to ease off pressure and calm your head for the next activity.

Depending in the kind of losses I experience, although I'm always very careful not to go extreme, but if I experience high loss, I might end up not gambling the entire week until weekend or Sunday.
That's quite good of you, actually that is the only way to overcome frequent losses in gambling. It's essential for a gambler to always do yourself good by working away when you are experiencing too much losses, though once you continue chasing losses in gambling there is a very big possiblity of more losses at the end of day. So The best way is to stop and refresh your memory and have some rest.
