Nothing is impossible, Chelsea can put up a good performance, while Liverpool and others begin to lose points. But from their present display I don't see Chelsea winning the English Premier League. They have been inconsistent and showed less drive to compete for this trophy. I see them finishing in top four and nothing more except something changes. As for Manchester United, they should just ensure they don't go on relegation and start preparing for next season.
What Manchester United need do is win the Europa League Competition and qualify for the Champions league competition next season, they do that and they'll silence all of the hullabaloo around the club. At least, they have a good coach now and the lads are beginning to adapt to his system of play. Chelsea could still make it to the top four qualification, I feel bad because they have key players out injured leaving too much load for players like Cole Palmer to handle. Nine games to go, don't be too excited. It can be City or Chelsea, who knows?
Manchester City has a better chance of winning the Europa but they have been struggling lately, their last game ended as a draw and that wasn't what people were expecting. Manchester united and Chelsea are threats to city especially Chelsea. The blues didn't have a good start in the EPL this season but later on they started getting back in form. After Manchester city I would say the next club that might win the Europa is Chelsea, Manchester united are constantly lagging behind, I don't think having a new coach would make any difference.
