Usually there's no need to jump in a hurry to the newest release of Bitcoin Core. I would always read the release notes first to see if a quick transition is really needed.

You can subscribe to https://bitcoincore.org/en/list/announcements/join/ to get latest announcements of updates and releases. You could also subscribe for new releases on Bitcoin Core's Github repository. Choose what suits you best.
