Bitcoin is permissionless, so if you are waiting on a time that a particular group of people wouldn't be able to use bitcoin, then sorry because that would not happen, there is zero censorship in the bitcoin network.

Criminals are criminals and bitcoin is bitcoin, two different things, whatever the criminals use to perpetrate their scam is not the problem, they can use fiat, bitcoin, Monero and other values, the problem is the criminals themselves, and it is not my duty to "police" them, it is up to the authorities and related agencies.
