You've made a good point, Bitcoin is involved in many fraudulent practices and we are good to keep Bitcoin as clean as possible, keep it away from scammers and frausters and be active by only a good margin.
One thing to know is;
No one wants to actively be involved in a scam except for scammers themselves. If you know it’s a scam, you clearly would stay away from such transactions.
Bitcoin is just being leveraged and is the victim here because, it’s decentralized nature and the fact that, it transcends space without being designed to function in an area is some of the reason why it’s victimized.
However, fiat isn’t free of criminal activities as well but somehow, it’s hardly mentioned and not traced. You wonder why!
