We currently have the prime Dembele that's for sure! 
This is his most productive season ever in his career. Just look at these stats:
He is a beast this season. Yeah maybe he still has his selfish side at the same time which makes some people really irritated. But as long as his finishing is superb, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
If somehow PSG win the Champions League title this season then I assume Dembele would be a big candidate to get the Ballon d'Or.
That's right, Dembele has been very impressive this season. He's fortunate not to have missed many matches due to injury. I think his goal tally will continue to increase, considering Ligue 1 still has 8 matches remaining. PSG is also very likely to reach the French Cup final, which means they will play 2 more matches there. In the Champions League, it seems Dembele will be able to score at least 10 goals this season, assuming PSG reaches the semi finals. If PSG manages to win the Champions League trophy, it's certain that Dembele will be included in the list of Ballon d'Or candidates. This is his most productive season ever in his career.
