Oh, this is a bad sign. This is a REALLY bad sign. I can't think of any reason this would happen unless they're really desperate to prevent people from dumping their FUN the moment it's unlocked. If that's true, it likely means that either they're in a really precarious financial position or they're planning to take the money and run sometime in the very near future, possibly both. I suppose it's possible that the FUN-unlocking system isn't automated and the person who manually does it is busy, but that seems like kind of a silly thing not to automate.
