You should install and update the antivirus you have on your PC.
Well these days I don't really motivate newbies about antivirus softwares pretty much because they really can't save you from a lot of flaws anymore ranging from fake emails to phishing links and one most crazy one keyloggers... Antivirus softwares do work but on a basic level so I won't advise relying on them for your security.

Infact when getting an antivirus software you also have to make sure you are working with the original source else you may end up installing a malware too.

These days, antivirus softwares can not be trusted anymore. What I think is that one should have a direct source from the producers or better still avoid getting involved in too much online activities that could expose you to dangers. If you can,  avoid downloading unapproved versions of softwares that you have no idea about, do well to ask questions and do a little research for proper.
