Now for an average investor, one who is hoping to take profit soon, I don't mean those who have enough to spare.  It's best we don't lead people into regrets and pains with our contributions. Not everyone can afford to buy at intervals.

I don't think anyone will be misled when they read or hear DCA because if you understand the meaning then you should know if you are to apply it or not, or whether it is convenient for you to apply at a particular time or not. Nobody is forced to DCA, the investor should know how much he has left to put into his Bitcoin investment just like he also calculate how much to invest in physical investment. Meanwhile, this is a speculative space, nobody knows the exact time or direction that price will move to but only knows if direction is bull or bear. So a newbie investor should have a mentor and not only that, he should know how much to invest because the time for profit is not actually certain. People are still waiting to cash out now but the price is yet to yield to such level, that is how volatility market operates.

So my question is judging by the range market we currently experience is it every dip and average Bitcoin investor should buy?

No, not all dip are for buy if you can ascertain that the dip is going to take time to come back. The best dip to buy is if you are sure the bull is still on, so that if you buy it will rise faster.
