Some people buy Bitcoin and they hold for a long time so that when the price push up, they will sell and rejoice in profit, while some people are trading Bitcoin, they are buying and selling almost instantly to get profit on a short time. I really want to know whom you guys refer to as investors, is it a person that buys and keeps buying through out the bear season with his intention to sell in bull market season OR you refer investors as the person that trade Bitcoin repeatedly for short time profit? Can both of them be seen investors and for what reason?
Of course, traders are a type of investor because their money is involved. They invest or buy one of the coins using their own money. And try to sell them at higher prices. Since they first buy a coin with their own money, it is definitely an investment. But this is a short term investment. Holdings are long-term investments. And those who do trading make short term investments.  Both are investments.  Because investment is when someone uses his money somewhere for the purpose of profit. It does not matter whether he invests for short term or long term. investment is always investment
Yes it is true where profit is made using money it is called investment. And the investment can be of different types, it can be short term or long term and it can be for just a few hours.

Trading can be considered as an investment. But it is very risky. It is better to refrain from trading as there is a high probability of loss in this investment. Because no one can predict the future even for a minute with a guarantee. However, long-term future can be predicted by various analyses. So even though trading is an investment, it is very risky. But long term investment is always profitable
