The only time Manchester United can be said to have a better season over Chelsea is if they win the Europa League title this season but until then Chelsea are having a better season.

Manchester United are in an opposite situation and they have to restart their rebuilding progress with Ruben Amorim and a next summer transfer season with many big changes in their squad. This coming summer will bring both opportunities and challenge for Manchester United and they will start a next season with many uncertain factors from players to tactics and squad operations in early months. This season is better for Chelsea and the next season will be likely better for Chelsea too.
