There is no doubt that Manchester United have played well in the last two matches. But they are not a superpower that you can judge the match against Manchester City by their wins. City are in a much better position than United and are much stronger than the two clubs that United have played against. I mean, although Manchester United have been very confident and played very well in the last two matches, they are not against strong teams. So if you judge the match against Manchester City in United's favour based on those two matches, you would be wrong. Maybe you will see the proof of this in the next match against Nottingham Forest.
Since the arrival or Amorim at old Trafford, Manchester United has not won game three in a row and so I don't want to believe they should be lauded already because they have had cases where they won two game and from the next they start loosing so that has shown they are yet to have that solid form that can be trusted just yet because they aren't consistent enough. Forest has been really good recently, so having Manchester United is one game that will be tough on the red devil's and hopefully luck comes on their side, it's going to a draw or they may loose
In terms of consistency, Manchester United has been a bit bad and what they have achieved in the last few matches I think should not be considered too excessive because it does not prove anything and even if you look at it as a whole, Amorim has not shown positive progress since his arrival as Manchester United coach.
This weekend Manchester United will visit Nottingham Forest's headquarters, I think there is no need to expect too much from Man United because Nottingham Forest's performance this season is quite good so I think Manchester United will lose points again this weekend and that is natural because the opponent they face is a top team and even if Man United manages to win then it is a surprise.
In recent games Man U shows not bad results, this is if you look at the statistics of recent matches... But in fact I see only one confident win over an outsider in the EPL... The away game with Foresters will have to end in a loss, although I do not understand why bookmakers give such high odds on the home team - 2.2... After Foresters Man U meet Man City, then a Europa League game against Lyon, then a trip to Newcastle, then a return game with Lyon... I think that this schedule will be hell for the Red Devils...
