Time will tell whether Kompany is a good coach or not for Bayern as this is his first season. But it doesn't seem right to say that Kompany hasn't had much of an impact on Bayern when a great coach like Pep was struggling in the Premier League, Slot Ball who was so dominant in the Premier League was eliminated from the Champions League and Bayern beat Leverkusen by a landslide when Xabi was at the peak of his career. IMO
It’s a project. I don’t expect Kompany to win the treble and dominate every opponent in his first year in charge.
Though Kompany is yet to be fully assessed as a top coach, he has brought a wealth of experience both as a player and a manager to the team. And as for Manchester City, they haven't been performing well based on their current form and standing in the league. If they are aiming for a top four finish, they must improve their overall performance. While it's still too early to judge Kompany's success,it's still realistic to believe he can win the treble this season, provided the team continues playing as a cohesive unit and maintains consistency in critical matches.
