Someone made a thread in the altcoin section where he wants to stake but doesn't have enough knowledge about DeFi. A newbie replies to him and invites him to talk through WhatsApp. I don't know what his intention was; it could be good or bad.
This isn't an allegation, actually, but a warning. This way, scammers invite you to talk, and they might motivate you to invest somewhere. They might show fake screenshots or proof to convince you. And some innocent greedy people would fall into the trap and lose everything. So just be careful of such invitations. Rather, it's better to discuss in public places.
To be honest I feel like this kind of stuff is normal you see these kind of people everywhere. They try to scam new people who have less info on such activities. I would be lying if I said I didn't believe those guys at first but I did have doubts so I never responded to such messages.
