Firstly check your coins distribution on ELECTRUM. If you have them on chain then choose BTC or bitcoin as the network but if you have the coins on a lighting network you can choose lightning on binance. My best guess is those coins are on the bitcoin network not a lightning network. If you are confused which just opens your balance on Electrum and you will find the amount of coins you have on chain and also the ones you have on a lightning network if any.
Lightning network if an alternative off the bitcoin network and since you are asking this question then I assume you can't make use of a lightning channel so simply go with OmegaStarScream's point.
How do I check where the coins are distributed?
If you're on PC or mac then click on the balance in the bottom left. It should display a pie chart telling you how many of your coins are on-chain and how many are on lightning.
