You know most of our people who voted didn't include the Naija cooking contest in the category of the best event while some people only placed it in the 2nd and 3rd of their selection if not it could have probably come out first or as the first runner up but my happiness is that the contest really pulled weight because this is just the first edition and it got this kind of awareness so how much more will it become when we make it a regular contest just the pizza yearly contest of the general forum.

Be it placed in the second or third, it still counts.

Also people that chose Naija cooking contest still chose the Pizza day contest. Nothing can take the first position from the Pizza day contest.

Just like we stood unanimous in voting for CryptopreneurBrainboss in the category of local hero, if we put that kind of energy in upcoming future votings for community awards, the Naija Local Board will really bag a lot of rewards just like those that won $150 prizes, a lot of our local board members won the prize so it's a good achievement for us generally.
You can not compare what is general to only local board in regard to reality of what happened last year on this forum. I liked how everything were.

$150 is given to best voters and not the people that won the awards.

Naija cooking contest is part of the winner because the first three winners on the each are chosen.

As we wrap up the BCA 2024, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate and write detailed answers. Voting in this format attracted fewer participants, but reading your answers was much more exciting than in previous years. Congratulations to everyone who made it into the top three in each nomination, and congrats to all raffles' winners. Thank you to everyone who continues to make Forum better. 💪
