Absolutely, losing is definitely not an option, both home and away, if we want to qualify. I like what i saw against Rwanda, we were not at our exceptional best, but we musn't forget that we have a new manager who was just coaching in his first competitive game for the country, so i believe the team will get better with more games they play together.

Zimbabwe is the next challenge and there is nothing more to say other than anything short of a win will prolly mean we won't be in the next world cup, so that is enough to tell us how important the three points are

Alot is at stake for the Zimbabwean - their government has put a bounty pool on the game against Nigeria; I'm hearing $10k per player if they manages to beat Nigeria in Akwa Ibom this week. That's enough motivation for them.

We haven't won against Zimbabwe since 2019 hope we can change that this week and maybe move to the 2nd place if Benin Republic loses to South Africa.

I'm not surprised if the Zimbabwean government are promising $10k per player if they beat Nigeria, looking at the group already you will see that they are 1 point ahead of Nigeria, so the government are just encouraging them to maintain their lead and also climb to the top of the group. On the other hand the Nigerian to buy goals are hellbent on making sure the security against Zimbabwe at least to help them push their points tonight so they can be second in that group behind South Africa who have 10 points already, so it's a crucial match with vested interest on both side as only two countries can qualify from each group of six countries.
