When I was creating my wallet, it automatically came to my device to save the wallet seed to Google Drive, but I did not save my wallet seed there, I used a notebook to manually save my wallet seed. I have never considered Google Drive to be safe for my wallet. However, the fact that I have saved my wallet seed in a notebook is not very safe for me because until I can give maximum security to my notebook. However, I have kept the wallet seed that I have written very safely, I think no one can see it there.
I can't help but think about a closed source wallet like  Trust wallet, I think that's what you used because I'm sure it does prompt you to storing your seed on a google drive while creatinga new wallet ..if I'm right, move your funds to a moresecured open source wallet like Electrum, unstoppable, Blue wallet..
Also I believe, you meant a paper notebook and not a digital notebook on your device,if not then do it right... lastly, test it by importing it on a new wallet and keep multiple backups of it.
