I did not get those spins, just checked the mail and there was no mail with 10 free spins.
That email is sent to inactive users and that's to enourage them to become active again.
If you didn't receive that email, that was probably because they didn't consider you as an inactive user.
At this rate of site crashes we all are going to become inactive users sooner than later.
