You’re right, many exchanges have become cautious about listing privacy coins. But Privatus is already ahead of the curve. We’re establishing a dual-company structure: one entity in Switzerland for transparency, regulatory compliance, and institutional credibility, and another in BVI for flexibility and strategic purposes.
Our approach isn’t about avoiding regulation—it’s about proactively engaging with regulators, major exchanges, and legal advisors from day one. Privatus combines robust privacy tech with practical, real-world adoption strategies. We’re determined to demonstrate that privacy doesn’t have to come at the expense of compliance or accessibility.
Appreciate your feedback—it helps sharpen our vision.
Let’s reconnect when Privatus secures listings on major exchanges; you might be surprised how quickly things evolve! 🚀😉
It's not that they are cautious about it. It's that they don't do it at all. There's nothing to engage with regulators. Regulators make regulations. Exchanges follow them. One of those regulations is: No privacy coins. That's it. End of sentence. Privacy does come at the expense of compliance, that is the very reason why exchanges don't list privacy coins: Because privacy coins are non-compliant. How are they non-compliant? By being a privacy coin. That's it. So yes, it does come at the expense of compliance, and the exchanges will tell you as much when you initiate the listing process. They will tell you point blank: When your coin has been 100% deprivatized, let us know and we will resume the process. That's it
I admire your determination..... and...... there's nothing stopping you from trying. I just.... like.... I've had this conversation with 100 billion other projects before. They all kind of say the same thing. 6 months to a year into development, they realize how big the mountain is to climb, and that's when the rug happens, even though they all started with good intentions. So.... I mean.... if you can find a way to convince regulators to allow your coin to be listed... like... I mean.... you can try.... you can definitely try.... I ain't gonna stop ya from trying. But I'm telling you, privacy coins have the hardest time making needed progress. But I'll wish you the best of luck
