Leadership have never been any simple.
Day in day out a leader is expected to give
their best even when the supposed support
by the followers are discouraging.
However, three words can describe a great leader.
What makes a great leader?
courage = the leader face the matter at hand,
speaking their minds about their duties and that
of the others.
+integrity = doing the required even in
absence of the people
+communication = the ability to communicate
(speaking and listening) what is being done
and what needs to be done.
Leaders are generally created in two ways: number one is by birth and number two is through perseverance. Those who are born with leadership qualities have all the qualities that attract the attention of people instilled in them, and those who become leaders through perseverance have to acquire all the leadership qualities to become leaders. I would like to add one more thing to the leadership qualities you have given and that is personality. It is through personality that a person becomes loved and accepted by everyone.
