my question is that if for instance the user was trying to hide himself on the forum due to privacy reasons, can't his post history also be updated aswell, so he can be completely untraceable? like I mean when you check his post history, you will find all his old post updated to his new username on the forum software. this way, only those who he chooses to know of his presence would be aware of him. is this possible?
Thought about that post history update for the forum not only with users with the change of forum names alone but also when members edited their posts it should be reflected on all other posts that have been quoted instead of carrying the previous information as we have right now.
Having such forum updates is going to come with a lot of costs but then if bitcoin talk can achieve such a level of update in its posting system, this will go a long way to putting the forum in a more digitally updated format.
