Atletico Madrid is not the title race. They're so inconsistent, and have no DNA to win the title. So i remove them. So i have only Barcelona / Real Madrid to win the title. 
Gamblers are now only having Madrid / Barcelona to bet on winning the title, which much easier than before. I wonder why you called it not nice for gamblers. As far as i know, La liga has been the easist league to predict the winner after Bundesliga.
Atletico Madrid are still contenders of the La Liga title. The difference between the two top clubs and the Diego Someone side is just four points. Atletico can take advantage of Barcelona and Real Madrid in any game. The league still have more games to play, so all the top three teams have almost the same opportunity to win the trophy. Both Barcelona and Real Madrid are still playing in the UEFA which might affect their performance since they will play more games. Atletico Madrid is very much one of the favorite to win the La Liga this season despite their position in the league table right now, yes they are in the third place behind Barcelona and Real Madrid but they are not completely out of the race because Barcelona and Real Madrid may drop points in their remaining matches following their champions league matches and Atletico Madrid cen seize the opportunity to reclaim the top of the table but unless they drop more points that is when they can lose hope of coming back to challenge Barcelona and Real Madrid in the title race.
That is from your own point of view that is what you see or think but to me I see Atletico de Madrid as people that is out of the La Liga winner race, they lost it the moment they drop from the first position and it will be very hard for them to enter the first position again. Initially they were the favorite to win the League because of how well they were playing and is not like they are not playing well again but as it stance now there is nothing they can win this season so it will be better for them to start thinking of how next season will like for them, anything is still possible because I'm just saying what I think is possible or will likely happen.
