I need help!

Seeing the 500 error, I logged out this afternoon and later trying to log in again, but even after entering the correct credentials, it won't let me in.

I tried resetting my password, but I do not receive the email. Can anyone who has experienced this tell me how they solved it? If i can send a direct message to someone? I don't see a link to write to freebitcoin (although they never reply).
