Back on again, but withdrawals still broken. The queue of pending payouts is not cleared, even though all my transactions have been processed about 22 hours ago. Therefore I can't sent anything new to these addresses. I can't even send anything to a brand new address because it says  "There is already a payment pending to this bitcoin address. Please try again in 15 minutes." Knowing how swiftly they deal with technical issues, these "15 minutes" will probably take 15 hours, if not days.
