This is the reply drawn my attention,
No investment advice, but you can contact me on WhatsApp +1 6365877052
Someone made a thread in the altcoin section where he wants to stake but doesn't have enough knowledge about DeFi. A newbie replies to him and invites him to talk through WhatsApp. I don't know what his intention was; it could be good or bad.
When am on the internet, I see everyone around me as a scammer, so whenever I receive any message in my DM, I always ignore most of those messages, because I know that higher percent of those messages are from scammers.
There is higher percentage that the newbie might be a scammer. If the newbie isn’t a scammer, then he won’t ask them to talk on WhatsApp, he can just explain everything that the person needs to know on the thread, and doesn’t have to send the person DM, or even ask them to meet on WhatsApp. When we receive message on the forum here, we should be careful, because their are scammers on the forum here, and the account that responded was even a newbie account, so he has nothing to lose.
Well an very cautious approach when interacting online with someone you don't know most newbies account are likely to be scammer, Dms and WhatsApp requests just as you have mention is unnecessary to chats with or reply anyone you don't know, now I usually take my time in other make an better research and fact check before engaging with any stranger, all learn how to keep conversation public avoid private conversations and external forums, learn how to report suspicious activities as well for the betterment of your sake.
