It is interesting idea, that we`ll never see.
Your idea means that casino have to create a tool, that fixes their loses. No one will decrease their profit themselves.
The same time it could be a bad idea to use traders tools for casino. Of course, we can turn it on/off ourselves, but it can make possible other ideas from exchanges. But we are still talking about casino - it has other purposes.
PS. As for me - i like this idea and i`m ready to use it right now, but i don`t believe that we`ll see it.
