Best choice for my bitcoin (privacy)

Hello,

I got interested in bitcoin in 2018 and started my purchases at that date.
I stayed in BTC for a long time and then traded ALTcoins with my funds....(what a mistake....bref...)

Now I want to get back to basics and stay in BTC, accumulate for the long term, get out of centralization, KYC etc. Put my BTC on a cold card. Re-activate the node I had, etc.

To date, 90% of my funds are in USDT on a centralized platform (CEX) . (BITGET) . They came from KRAKEN (in EUR) then went through about twenty transfers and CEX in different altcoins...

My BTC also went to a LEDGER key that I still own and on which I make DCA for my nephews from a centralized platform.

To date, I would like to

- Re-acquire BTC from my USDTs and store them anonymously on a coldcard for the very long term.
- Keep the DCA and a few satoshis to trade on the LEDGER key.

What do you recommend?

- Acquire BTC via BITGET, then make a Wasabi and a cold card.
- Send my USDT on a decentralized platform to buy BTC then cold card.

Thank you very much!

Don't hesitate to give me links on the forum, I've done a search without finding what I was looking for...
