Totally agree with this. All they do is keep promoting and seem not to care about customer feedback.
I believe that to improve their service, they should value customer feedback, as it is essential for making their service better!

Can't believe they charged deposit and withdrawal fees on crypto while others are offering it always for free 
I believe they don't charge any deposit fees on crypto, but they only charge high withdrawal fees while using it.
