Hello everyone.

I know a lot of you have asked why we haven't commented on this thread yet, but I can assure you it's because of the nature of the matter and not because we are ignoring the case.

The case is still under review by the competent court. Out of three claims, the court dismissed two claims made by the Claimant and stated that Fortunejack's terms and conditions were validly applied. The court proceedings are ongoing, and a final decision has yet to be made.

Unfortunately, I can't go into further details. I hope you understand why I can't say more at this moment.

I appreciate all of you who reached out and want to hear our side of the story.
