I jumped right into this thread and gave every post a read following a direct contact with ADante, skimming through the court summary as... well, they're in legal language, I will need some time to digest it. But...
JollyGood, as ADante said above and as he told me, as well as skimming through the court summary and what's briefly brushed by LoyceV here, the ruling is not made yet. FJ's obligation to pay the player, if I infer correctly from a quick glance at the summary, is yet to be determined. Do you mind to refrain from supporting the flag until the gavel hits the block?

OP, you've been made aware of the exact date by LoyceV, I'll appreciate if you correct others assumption that a ruling has been made instead of just letting them, who didn't read carefully, misunderstood the situation and lead them to support the flag based on a false assumption.

You are correct, apologies, I read it but I thought they were talking about the judgement made 24th February, but yes indeed they were referring to a later hearing date on march 24, I just learned this:)
