When are you going to solve cases with missing FUN tokens withdrawal?
I've been waiting over a month and a half for my missing withdrawal. After numerous emails I created an account here and wrote them a private message on this forum after I saw the CS account appear here. I received a message back that they've escalated my problem internally and I should expect an answer early next week. That was almost 2 weeks ago now... I asked if there's any update and haven't heard anything since.
At least he answered you here. I had the same situation by email a few months ago.
It's so frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional service.
My FUN withdrawal isn't even big enough to cause any harm to FreeBitcoin's reserves.
While leaving my case unsolved, they continue to process FUN withdrawals and bombard users with their crappy promo emails
