In this market, what’s more stressful:
watching Bitcoin charts all day or placing a risky bet?
Now you've put me in a tough spot:
It depends. If you're only going to look at the Bitcoin chart twice a week at most, for example, doing an analysis on Sunday and another in the middle of the week, done assertively with technique and consistency (same goes for profits), can be an interesting and less stressful approach if you know what you're doing.
If you keep looking at Bitcoin’s chart or any other asset all day, anxiety tends to increase more and more. Depending on the market movement, it can lead to decisions based on emotions (fear or euphoria), which raises the chances of losing money in trading.
As for betting, if you have money set aside that you're willing to lose, without being anxious or tired, and if it's games that you're familiar with and don't care about the results, it can be great for relax. Otherwise, it's better to do another task or leave the betting for another day.
