Let me explain it in brief. What I mean is that most of you think the first user that most people voted for is only the winner in each but if you read what is written on the award thread which was used to announce the winners, you will noticed that the first 3 people that are mostly voted for are congratulated and also their names is bolden. There are three winners in each and not just one person.
