This is actually a common occurrence that we have seen before on this forum. Two years ago, when a mixer was seized, the signature campaign participants of that mixer also had to face these problems, because the mixer's wallet was blacklisted, and the signature participants had to face additional information.
Now the main thing is that using cex means we have given our funds to third-party where we also indirecting accepting all of their term to take our money.

I don't understand the language in the link you shared but I think it's related to Sinbad campaign managed by Royse and I was part of it that year. I think issue like like this has more to do with region regulation in compliance with government order. The truth remains we can barely do without centralized exchanges even though we despise them. The best practice of using Cex is the usual practice of depositing a small amount to use at a time and never deposit large amount of assets or store your assets in Cex. I find it offensive to freeze one's assets at any slight issues thou and more provocative to request for sources of funds.
