Regardless if the match turned out to be a fixed match, Fairlay doesn’t justify their confiscation on the funds while other casino pay for the result since the match is not proven fixed game that time.
Any match that is not cancelled but played from start to the end are valid matches. Be it fixed or not fixed.
I don’t want to prolong discussion here because it will be off topic already. I just mentioned that even a complete decentralized casino can still confiscate players bet if they involved on shady bets.
There is no complete decentralized casino that I know of. A decentralized casinos must run nodes belonging to different people from different countries and not run just central servers that belongs to the casino owners. Bitcoin, Tor and few others are decentralized. Also most the casinos that people think can not have access to their wallet because they are we3, they are only deceiving themselves. If problem surface will be when they will know that it is not actually decentralized the way they think.
