So, what will happen if what you did is that before sending to Binance is you have your own personal wallet in the middle before you send the funds to Binance?
Like 3rd party wallet -> Your personal wallet -> Binance,
Could Binance still able to find out about the "mixer" thing you said that could be the reason of restricting your account?

This exactly what almost everyone who uses mixers do, I could remember been a former participant of a mixed campaign and when I received funds directly from the mixer then I usually send this coins to my personal wallet and then later on transfer it out to any exchange of my choice. This method shouldn’t be limited to only funds received from mixers only but rather should be a practice you do whenever you receive coins from anyone you don’t know because this protects your privacy. There is a possibility that even if it is not a tainted coin as at time you received it once that sending address later gets caught up in any onchain scandal your exchange might get notified.

I have sent my Bitcoin to Kucoin and then exchanged it for USDT and later sold it on Binance P2P because there are more options on Binance P2P than Kucoin P2P. I did it a couple of times.

OP is obviously not talking about CEX to CEX but from platforms like mixers or some DEX that centralized exchanges usually classified their coins as tainted. For me as long as it is not from same CEX to same CEX then it should pass through another custodial wallet before getting to your CEX.

The safest way if you want to use CEX is, you have to ask your client to send the coins from CEX too, AFAIK some CEX allow to send coins via account's names.

That is if your client actually has centralized exchange and even if they do have, most client like to be a little bit private and wouldn’t be using their KYCed exchange to send you funds but will send the funds from wallet which you’re not sure is not from a mixer too.

Yes CEX allow sending to same exchange account through UID, email or phone number used. It is mostly free for all exchanges I know
