I have reviewed the three PDF files you attached, and it is clear that you provided all the required documents they requested, including a government-issued and currently valid ID, a driver’s license as an additional document, and a selfie of you holding the document.
This explanation is completely unreasonable, as creating multiple accounts with the same email is technically impossible. It seems like a weak excuse to simply steal the money. I’ve received no response for days regarding my request to have my deposit returned. So be careful with them.

Scarlett, regarding the discovery of alternative accounts "linked with the same email" is illogical, as it is not possible to create multiple accounts using the same email. I will invite a representative of this casino here to clarify the matter and see what he has to say.
