As for the stress executing both, they are quite the opposite, because the stress involved in trading is just too much considering how dangerous it is, you must be extremely skilled in the craft for you to even be a profitable trader, unlike investing in Bitcoin where anyone that has the basic knowledge of it, can start accumulating it through the DCA accumulating strategy, hold for a very long time and be successful in it, as long as he or she knows the measures that needs to be in place, in other to be able to hold for a very long time.
