I find that the more depressed a gambler is, the more difficult it is to win at gambling. When we are depressed for any reason, we should not bet. There are many gamblers who gamble when depressed and lose their bankroll at that time. Depression will not only prevent you from making good analysis but will also destroy your thinking power. The results of bets at that time will never be as expected. Those who are gambling through one loss after another, in order to change the results of gambling, the gambler must definitely take regular breaks and be completely free from stress in terms of mind.
When I'm on a losing streak, ofcourse it's important to know our weakness and strength in the gambling space, know when to bounce back to the system and also knowing when to take a break. There's something we should know about the system, we don't focused on more losses rather we capitalize on winnings and I wouldn't dare to doubt myself because confident is one of the basic factor to acknowledge. Gamblers are actually going through alot already, from their shocking losses to becoming wanderers in the space. I wouldn't even wish for my enemies to become gambling addicts because it's worse.
