bc is getting worse, all mods in local chatrooms have been removed and all chatrooms are spam. HE is up 4 percent, chatrooms are spam, wagering is hard, hitting bigwin is hard, bcer has wagering requirements, bc is getting greedy
Wtf is going on? Why all mods been kicked out and now bc don't have any mods on all rooms

Thank you for the input and for bearing with us while we transitioned. We are trying a new method to optimize players experience in our chatrooms by utilizing bots to improve the experience in content moderation. The system is currently undergoing this transition and we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by the absence of previous mods.
We are aiming for the new system to be fully running by Monday, or Tuesday at the latest.
If you think that bots going to be the solution then it will not end up well. I hate having a bot on the line when calling or during a livechat as in 95% of all cases they are just useless and you always want to end up speaking with a live agent. I would hope you guys would reconsider this move.
