The pump happens with Bananas31 because of it's being listed on binance. This shitty meme token would not be pump back, but sadly, binance used it as another exit liquidity. It's not only that, In Binance's latest announcement, they're also adding a lot of shit tokens such as Cz's dog token and TUT.
