I am not new in this space but I must confess that I sometimes find myself glued to the chart like a magnet, and can't stay up to 5 minutes without returning after I manage to leave, and like you said, not like I am watching the chart to see if the price of bitcoin will get to a certain level so I can sell, I usually don't have any plan of selling regardless of what happens, but I still resist staying glued to the chart 😁, this is another form of addiction actually.
