I'm looking forward to the Lawson - Tsunoda swap.  Roll Eyes  Yes, it's a decision made a bit hastily maybe as it's been only 2 race weeks. But there is just zero progress with Lawson man.
Some say Tsunoda will be the same but I don't think so. The worst case scenario we would see him somewhere below in top 10. I don't expect worse than that. By the way they say Verstappen didn't want this swap.
Is it because he doesn't want competition or for some other reason I wonder...
It could be worse for Tsunoda actually. Since he has been racing in the VCARB for an entire season and into this one so he is completely out of his realm when stepping into the beast known as the Red Bull car.
Only Max has been able to tame it's voraciously with some saying Ricciardo in the past.

Saw this yesterday that Yuki Tsunoda could potentially swap places with Liam Lawson for the Japanese GP--

Looks like Perez wasn't that bad... Smiley
I hope that Yuki will manage to finish in the points, although it looks as only Maks could know how to drive a Red Bull...
Nobody that matters seems to be impressed by the move especially Verstappen.
Remember, these two were on the same team so they were always looking to advance in their careers by pulling the seat out from under the other:

I think that right now Yuki going to Red Bull is not the best move for him, at least not now, not while the car is this difficult to drive.
I hated the decision to get Liam instead of Yuki to the main team, but no more.

I strongly believe that Red Bull have to focus fixing the car instead of blaming the drivers. And indeed, Perez was, by far, "not that bad".
Completely agree with you there!
He has done his duties for the Racing Bulls and put alot of work into advancing as you can see from the NetFlix series last season. So it seemed to be something to do with separating from Honda perhaps. Who really knows expect for Marko.
