1. Forum most Post Maker.
2. Forum most merit earner.
3. Forum most merit giver.
3. Forum best post of the Month.
A small award should be arranged for them. For this, everyone will be encouraged to post better. And the forum will improve further.

using @ddmirddmr tool and @Rikafip have been doing this as well. For about reward or something like merits (the quality of your post gives your the chances of earning merits), there is always reward through the bpip.org which awards people on how they receives merits.
