What happened to bc.game. After the change of CEO and the launch of bc 4.0 everything is getting worse day by day
It's still fine and kicking and look at the reviews there, if you'll read those disappointed ones, the issues are taken care of by the support and they're replying there. Not all but at least they're very active looking into the concerns and complaints there. I've read some that have left 1 star have violated TOS and have done something against to bc.game. But the rest, they're doing their best to address all the issues. No casino is perfect but we can see that they're doing all they can to respond and provide an excellent service.
If there's a change of CEO, we don't expect things to remain the same. But on a positive note, we would anticipate positive changes and not the other way round. Also, a major upgrade sometimes gives issues such that the previous version would be preferable.
I wasn't pleased with the poor review, BC.Game should do something. Good that their rep is in this forum.
