This is an old scam scheme, be like this men done run out of strategies to use perpetrate their illegitimate activities on unsuspecting ignorant Nigerians. It's very disturbing how some set of persons will just seat somewhere and calculate how they can milk the already suffering and struggling Nigerians of their funds that are not even enough to take care of their basic needs by taking advantage of the hunger way day the land to take scam poor Nigerians.
